NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR THE VISUALLY HANDICAPPED

A Walk-in-interview will be conducted on 10-01-14 at 2.00 P.M. for the following post . The candidates who fulfills the requirements for the post may attend the interview with an application addressed to Director NIVH, Dehradun containing Name, Father's Name, Address, Date of Birth, Age, Qualification, Experience, whether SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped/Ex-serviceman, Mobile/Tel. No. etc. and any other relevant information along with attested copies of certificates, degrees, mark-sheets, testimonials in support of qualifications, age, experience etc. without which candidate will not be allowed to appear in the interview.

(1) Name of the Post : PGT (English) One -for one year

Age Limit                  : 40 Yrs.

Salary                     : Rs. 21000/- P.M. Consolidated Salary per month with no other 

allowances whatsoever.

Essential :

1.         Two years integrated Post Graduate M.Sc. Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject; Or Master's Degree in relevant subject from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

2.         B.Ed. Special Education (VI) Or B.Ed. (General) with Diploma in Special Education (Visual Impairment).

3.         Proficiency in teaching in English and Hindi medium.

Desirable : Knowledge of Computer Application.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. The Director, NIVH Deh rad un reserves the right to fill/not to fill the post without assigning any reason thereof.
