Eligibility: A bachelor's degree in any discipline from recognized universities/institutes with at least 50% marks (45% SC/ST candidates) in aggregate in all semesters/trimesters or equivalent CGPA. Candidates appearing in the final year examination of a bachelor's degree can also apply. Candidates appearing in CAT/GMAT-2015 and XAT-2016 are only eligible to apply. CAT/GMAT/XAT scores along with the performance in Written Ability Test, Personal Interview, Work Experience and Academic Records will be used for selection of the candidates. Company Sponsored candidates meeting the above eligibility criteria and having a minimum of two years of post-qualification full-time work experience in the sponsoring organization are exempted from CAT/GMAT/XAT. IlMs/XLRI have no role either in selection process or in conduct of the programme.
