WALK - IN - INTERVIEW 

Walk-in interviews for recruitment on short-term contract of Officers and Crew for ORV Sagar Nidhi owned by NIOT will be held on 22.1.2014. The qualifying requirements are as in the advertisement appearing on the link http://www.niotressin/recruit/cv/advertisement.php of our website. Seafarers who are interested may send their bio-data latest by 17.01.2014 to the mail ID adminofficer@niot.res.in. Those who have electronically transmitted the bio-data by e-mail can report between 9.00 AM and 12.00 Noon on 22.1.2014 for interview with signed hard copy of bio-data, recent passport size photograph, original certificates in support of age, qualification, sea service, CDC, Passport and STCW. Outstation candidates appearing for interview of Officers will be paid TA not exceeding to and fro railway NC 2 Tier fare. For others, reimbursement of TA will be limited to sleeper class. Tickets for onward journey should be produced for claiming TA. Salary according to prevalent rates in India will be negotiable.
