Identity Proof - School Leaving Certificate, Matriculation Certificate, Degree of recognised educational institution, Depository Account Statement, Bank Account Statement / Passbook, Credit Card, Water Bill, Ration Card, Property Tax Assessment Order, Passport, Voter Identity Card, Driving License, Certificate of identity signed by Member of Parliament or Member of Legislative Assembly or Municipal Councillor or a Gazetted Officer is required to file the same in prescribed format only. ( In case of Minor, any of the above mentioned documents as proof of identity and address of any of parents/guardians of such minor shall be deemed to be the proof of identity and address for the minor applicant. )
Address Proof - Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill, Employer Certificate, Depository Account Statement, Bank Account Statement / Passbook, Credit Card Statement, Rent Receipt, Ration Card, Property Tax Assessment Order, Passport, Voter Identity Card, Driving License, Certificate of address signed by Member of Parliament or Member of Legislative Assembly or Municipal Councillor or a Gazetted Officer is required to file the same in prescribed format only.
Fees - Rs. 250/- (Deposit the fee in the Bank A/C by way of Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, Cash Card and send the transaction number at mail id )
How to Apply - You Can apply for PAN in Easy Steps.
STEP 1 - Fill up the form with accurate details of the supporting documents. (Take care the spelling and house No. etc while filling the form)
STEP 2 - Pay the Fee Rs. 250/-
STEP 3 - Send e-mail of the Bank Transaction slip/Transaction Number and Scanned copy of the Identity Proof & Address Proof.
STEP 4 - Just take print out of the Acknowledgement Receipt (After 24 Hours of payment of Fees and Receiving mail from your Side we will send you a mail having Acknowledgement Receipt)
STEP 5 - Past One Passport size Photograph on this receipt and sign accross it, Also sign at two other places on it.
STEP 6 - Attach the photocopy of Identity Proof & Address Proof with this receipt and send it to the address written at downside of this acknowledgement Receipt.
STEP 7 - Within next 20 to 25 days you will receive your PAN at your Address.
